Due to the nature of creative services, Star Design AU does not offer refunds for completed or partially completed work.

Project Cancellations

• If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

• Once work has begun, payments made are non-refundable.

Any exceptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
